The final episode of season 4 brings you to contemplate how you fill your life and stay attached to your to-do lists/obligations as a survival mechanism rather than using the space in-between to access the flow state.
To be in the flow, we open to our intuition, trust, creativity, feminine energy, abundance and the unknown. It can be a scary energy to embody if we've spent most of our time in survival, or trying to find our identity based on what we do or achieve.
Let yourself contemplate and perhaps join the challenge to be in the moments in between the busyness so you can activate the energy within that wants to emerge. This practice isn't just for artists, it's for all co-creators who desire to have more peace, curiosity and joy in their lives. To feel what it is to be present and available to what is possible when we aren't jamming our time with to-dos and expectations.
